Gentle on composites
Dry ice blasting is non-abrasive, making it well suited to cleaning composite parts and surfaces when run at appropriate settings.
Protects thin aluminum skins
Unlike sand or grit media, dry ice won't wear down thin aluminum skins the way abrasive media blasting can.

Aviation
Is dry ice blasting safe on aircraft aluminum and composites?
Dry ice is non-abrasive and turns to gas on impact, so it doesn't wear down thin aluminum skins or leave blast media in the airframe.
Does cleaning replace an inspection?
No. Cleaning gets surfaces clean and visible for your technicians. It does not replace NDT, inspection or return-to-service by your A&P / repair station.
Can you come to our hangar or FBO?
Yes, we're fully mobile. Tell us the airport or FBO, hangar access and any requirements when you request a quote, and we'll coordinate around them.

Will dry ice remove rust?
